Kirsten Wall | Co-Founder

Kirsten Wall has held senior talent management, leadership development, and DEI roles across multinational corporations, healthcare systems, and diverse industry sectors. At a Fortune 500 company, she served as the Global Head of Talent Management for 7 global functions comprising 45K employees during a historic corporate reorganization. At a 150-year-old, Paris-based energy company, she led North America Talent through its largest-ever global business transformation, and later headed Leadership & Organizational Development for one of Oregon’s top four employers.

Throughout her 20-year career, she has advised executives at the highest levels during intense moments of organizational transition—including guiding a multinational, family-run business through its shift to its first non-family CEO. Her work stems from the belief that sustainable goals in leadership, team, and organizational development can only be achieved when high-level corporate strategy is deeply integrated with human systems.

Through The Watershed Collective, Kirsten applies a global, systems-oriented lens to leadership and organizational development, helping high-stakes leaders navigate intense corporate pressures, optimize team dynamics, and implement broad, high-impact talent solutions.

Kirsten has lived and worked abroad in global and regional leadership roles, spanning a wide array of industries from digital commerce and finance to manufacturing and retail. She previously served as Head of the Oregon Winegrower’s Association and deputy Head of the Oregon Wine Board during its inception, and was a Lecturer in Socio-cultural Anthropology for the University of Auckland.
